Investment Commitee

Former entrepreneurs have funded the "Private Plus Fund". All of them are seasoned entrepreneurs / managers and have gained personal experience through the national as well as international business world. Three of them are members of the Investment Committee's "Private Plus Fund".

Mr. H.W. Verloop
Mr. Verloop occupied the position of CFO at SHV Holdings B.V., ITT/Alcatel, Heerema Offshore Construction Group and TBI Holding B.V. Currently, he is CEO of Schreiner Luchtvaartgroep in Hoofddorp. The main operating companies are located in the Benelux, Spain, Western Africa, and Indonesia. In addition, he is member of the Non-Executive Boards of Directors of national and international companies.

Mr. J.G. van de Kamp
Mr. van de Kamp has a broad experience in the installation-engineering industry. He acquired this experience at the engineering company Intechno Technisch Beheer. In addition, he is co-founder and consultant of VGIB (Vastgoed in Beeld) and also co-founder and Executive Director of Totaalplan Nederland. Since July 2005, he is Sales Director of Innax Holding and holds the position of principal shareholder / Executive Director of SR Capital Structures, Roman Bridge Management and K&B Investments.

Mr. N.P.M. Smits
Mr Smits has experience in national and international livestock and meat trade. He has worked at company Leen Smits & Zonen, a family business active in the pig trade. In 1973, he was co-founder of the company W.B. Smits Varkenshandel B.V. In 1977 together with his brother he founded the company Smits Emmen B.V., a meat distribution company in Emmen. Currently he is director of Smits Holding B.V.

Mr C.A.E.D. Filippo
Mr Filippo started as accountant for Deloitte and was the founder of Management Consulting Partners, a company specialized in insolvency and recovery, merger and acquisitions. In 1989 he founded Filippo Beheer, a company specialized in builders merchants and DIY stores. He was member of the board of several company’s in different branches. Currently, he is member of the advisory board of Gamma and member of the board of the Veris Group.
