Our team
Newion Investments Management was founded in 2000 and its team members have together over 55 years of experience in Growth and Venture Capital.
Investment Committee
Former entrepreneurs have funded the "Private Plus Fund". All of them are seasoned entrepreneurs / managers and have gained personal experience through the national as well as international business world. Three of them are members of the Investment Committee's "Private Plus Fund".
Non executive board
The "Private Plus Fund" was initiated by Fortis Mees Pierson and Newion Investments Management (NIM). It has a non executive board consisting of senior members with a lot of experience in investments, finance and consultancy.
Value Added Partners
Newion Investments Management (NIM) offers additional services to its portfolio companies such as: an interim CFO and legal, consultancy (fiscal, subsidies), public relations and human resource management services through the selected value added partners. The philosophy behind these services is that a portfolio company should focus on its core activities and be as effective as possible in the execution of its strategy, without having a need to pay attention to non-core activities.
