This compact document should at least highlight your company’s products and services, the market you address and the pain you ease for your clients and users. In addition the business model, market developments, competition, technology and the financials must be summarized.

After the initial screening of your summarized plans we will go through your business plan in detail, together with yourself, covering aspects such as strategy, market development, technology innovation, business needs and demands. If we understand your business plan, positioning of the product and market we will work out a Term Sheet specifying all the Terms and Conditions of our potential investment. Following our Due Diligence, we jointly build an execution plan with milestones and quarterly goals.

After we have toasted the champagne together to celebrate our investment we will jointly define the profiles for Non Executive Board Members, when needed, and we will start working on building your team’s and company’s success.
