The Newion funds aim to invest primarily in companies in the Benelux area. Our Private Plus Fund invests in small companies with a minimum realized gross margin of € 500.000, and with a minimum of two years of existence. With this fund we provide capital for expansion, growth, acquisitions, management buy-in and management buy-out transactions. We look for opportunities to create strong cash flows and growth. We typically invest amounts starting at € 500.000 up to € 2.000.000, mainly in B2B businesses.

Our "Newion Investment II" Fund aims at IT companies in the early and expansion stages in the Business Technology industry. Preferably we invest in software companies active in the B2B market segment, with a strong technology aspect. We have extensive experiences with SAAS propositions. This fund will invest in expansion, growth, acquisition and management buy-Out and buy-in transactions. We typically invest amounts starting at € 500.000 up to € 3.000.000, or more when needed.

In general our funds do not invest in retail, life-sciences, and real-estate and we are hesitant to invest in semiconductor, system integrator and consulting propositions, but please feel free to convince us otherwise.
